We are looking for an experienced Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to join our team in Tartu, Estonia. We are looking for a passionate and committed team member to join our mission to power a brighter future. CHIEF SALES OFFICER has the freedom to develop and implement the most effective sales strategies and processes you have in mind for D3C, B2B & B2C industries in current and opening markets and to build the global Solarstone brand.

Responsibilities

⚡️ Strategy and Planning. You will analyze Solarstone products, markets, and competitors to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

⚡️Customer Advocacy. You drive B2B & B2C acquisition strategy by providing a positive and efficient E2E purchasing experience for the customer from initial engagement through deal closing. Our new sales process is oriented around the client journey rather than forcing a client through a complex process with only the sales rep in mind.

⚡️Analysis and Growth. You lead revenue forecasting & overseeing sales performance by analyzing the procedures, pricing, and strategies, doing market research, and conducting competitor analysis and customer surveys. You will set sales targets, determine the effectiveness of current sales initiatives, and implement changes.

⚡️Lead and supervise. Helping the sales team and partners work more efficiently by having a sound organizational structure and a well-designed territory and account management plan allows sales reps to achieve their quotas.

Qualifications

⚡️ 5+ years of experience in high-level sales, preferably in highly competitive industries.

⚡️ Successful track record of achieving and exceeding goals in leadership positions while growing a sales organization for businesses.

⚡️ 5+ years experience in leadership and team management roles.

⚡️BCs in Business Management / Sales / Engineering. MBA will give you bonus points.

⚡️Excellent communication and written skills in English and Estonian are essential.

⚡️Digital whiz including hands-on experience with CRM software.

⚡️Entrepreneurial and creative – innovation and creativity are vital to growing sales rapidly while maintaining business continuity.

⚡️Availability to travel across different markets throughout Europe and USA.

⚡️It would be good if you know a little about volts, ampers, and solar solutions in general.
