Solarstone®'s Solar Carport is made of strong, galvanized steel that's tough enough for coastal areas where rust is common. It has a quality certification and meets industry standards. The solar panels can handle the weight of about 551 kg of snow each, and the frame can support up to 150 kg per square meter of snow when installed on a flat surface. The carport is securely fixed to the ground and can resist winds of at least 28 meters per second, with the option to add extra anchors for even stronger wind resistance.

A 22 kW charger with a Type 2 charging cable will add 100 km of range per hour to the average electric car (provided the car can handle this charging rate). Dynamic load control system can be purchased as an optional feature.
Solarstone provides a complete service, from consultation to installation. If there are specific site preparations, like leveling the ground or setting up foundational supports, the homeowner or a chosen contractor might need to manage these.
